SHIPPING GUIDELINES

 

We will do our best to process and ship orders on the following business day from when the order was received.

You may call to confirm or to specify a later shipping date or in some cases, same day shipping.

You have several shipping options to choose from, including FedEx, UPS and USPS. Please note: when shipping to a residential address using FedEx ground delivery, you must choose FedEx Home Delivery. If you have a special delivery need or want to inquire about a recently placed order, please call us at 1.800.829.8401 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Transit times on ground shipments are estimated and are NOT guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery, you must choose an express service that guarantees delivery times.

When submitting a shipping address, please be certain to check for accuracy as well as for spelling or typos. If the wrong address is supplied and has to be re-routed by FedEx (or another courier) there will be an additional $10 fee for re-routing.

During the summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, we place ice packs inside the box with the cookie, so that a chocolate-dipped cookie arrives unmelted. These packs are typically good for two transit days. Beyond that, there is no guarantee the cookie will arrive unmelted. Jillian's Great Fortune Cookies will not be held responsible should this occur, if the transit time exceeds the recommended life of an ice pack.
